This would include any previous management or ownership experience in a foodservice operation, a proposed management operational plan and the financial ability to develop and operate the restaurant.

Typical building: 1800 - 2000 sq. ft.

Lot size for building: .75 acres (Approx.)

Parking: 25-30 spaces and drive thru staging area

Current breakdown of financial requirements:

Initial franchise fee: $50,000

On-going royalties: 6%

On-going Sales Promotion Fee: 1%
