  • Maintain safe and secure work atmosphere
  • Responsible for controlling food cost goal in purchasing
  • Control Labor Cost through scheduling
  • Capable of staffing and maintaining team members
  • Work in a fast pace atmosphere
  • Demands sanitary work environment
  • Multi-task capabilities for territory promotion

Associate Manager

- must be able to maintain the duties of the restaurant manager in their absence.
  • Responsible for required opening/closing shifts
  • Aids restaurant manager with duties and objectives

Shift leaders

– ability to be a team leader during absence of managers.
  • Strong people skills
  • Ability to perform open/closing duties when scheduled
  • Takes initiative
